Returns and Exchange:
Please check the size chart of the apparel you want to order beforehand to avoid any inconvenience. We have a no return/exchange policy in case of size issues or a change of mind.
After seven working days, no return/exchange will be carried out.
For all customers in Pakistan, the return/exchange shipping cost lies with the customer.
In case of receiving a damaged, defaulted, or wrong piece of clothing, please initiate an exchange application at sales@baharay.co within seven working days.
After a request, our agent will contact you over the phone/email for assistance.
For returns and exchanges, the item must be returned in original packaging, with tags intact, without any damage to the pieces.
Once your return/exchange parcel is received, it will be inspected by our team, only after which your application will be processed.
The frame period of 7 working days starts after the product is delivered. No return/exchange applications would be entertained after 7 working days.
Please note that the replacement item/ return credit would take a few days to process.
